1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs all aspects of your use of the 2j platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services offered under the 2j brand. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 2j as the platform operator.

By accessing or using the 2j platform in any way — whether via web browser, Android app, iOS app, or any other interface — you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the 2j platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments have been made means you accept the revised terms.

2 User Eligibility

To register and use the 2j platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a valid and binding contract.

• Using legitimate personal funds and not funds obtained illegally for any financial activity on the platform.

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the 2j platform at any one time. Holding more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and banking details for withdrawal purposes. Inaccurate information may result in delays in withdrawal processing or account termination.

3.3 Account Security

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to twenty-four (1–24) working hours after KYC verification is complete. 2j reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing for security review purposes or if suspicious activity is detected on the account. 4.3 Currency & Conversion

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

5.1 Wagering Requirement

All bonuses offered by 2j, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and cashback, are subject to the wagering requirements stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements mean you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 One Bonus Per User

Each bonus is eligible to be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts or other methods is considered bonus abuse.

5.3 2j's Rights Regarding Bonuses

2j reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where there is evidence of bonus abuse, 2j reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated wins, and take further action on the account in question.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the 2j platform use a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by a third-party certification body. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and fair for all players.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure verifiable in the server records.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 2j will refer to server records to determine the game status and resolve any disputes fairly.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live table games, may result in the immediate termination of all involved accounts.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the technical infrastructure of the 2j platform.
• Using any software, tools, or automated methods to access or use the platform.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or inappropriate content through any communication channel on the platform.
• Obtaining bonuses through dishonest means or abusing the platform's promotions system.
• Acting aggressively or disrespectfully toward the 2j customer support team.

9 Liability Limit

2j provides its platform and services "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

2j's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim in question. This liability limit does not apply in cases of gross negligence or proven fraud on the part of 2j.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

10.1 Termination by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the 2j customer support team via live chat. Before the account is closed, all eligible balances will be returned to you after the verification process is complete, provided there are no active bets or outstanding bonuses.

10.2 Termination by 2j

2j reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspension due to fraud, 2j reserves the right to hold account balances while an investigation is conducted.

12 Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

2j reserves the right to amend, update, or modify any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect.

Continued use of the 2j platform after any amendments to the terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendments come into effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.
